Frequently Asked Questions
AC chargers supply alternating current to the vehicle's onboard charger, which converts it to DC. Charging speed is limited by the vehicle's onboard charger capacity (typically 7-22 kW). DC fast chargers bypass the onboard charger and deliver DC power directly to the battery at 20-400+ kW, enabling an 80% charge in 15-30 minutes.
